Hello, and welcome to Confetti This Lifestyle Boutique!

I’m Tracy Phillips, the proud founder of Confetti This Lifestyle Boutique. My journey to entrepreneurship has been shaped by a rich blend of experiences in producing high-scale events, public speaking, and a deep passion for fashion design. Transitioning from my background in social services and motivational speaking to running my boutique has been a natural and fulfilling evolution.

My passion for high-quality fashion drives me to stay at the forefront of industry trends and continually study the latest styles. I’m dedicated to providing fashion that meets the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring that everyone can find something they love and feel confident in.

One of my proudest achievements is the opening of Confetti This Lifestyle Boutique in San Pablo, CA, on August 2, 2019. This milestone was a significant step in turning my vision into reality and allowing me to connect with the local community through fashion.

​

In addition to this, I am excited to share that Confetti This Lifestyle Boutique will also be featured on Amazon through the Black Amazon/Amazon Handmade platform, launching in January 2024. This opportunity is a testament to our commitment to offering unique and high-quality fashion.

​

Further extending my entrepreneurial journey, I am honored to have been accepted into the SBA Thrive Program for the San Francisco Co-Hort, known as the Bay Area Trail Blazers, starting June 2024. This program represents a significant opportunity for growth and networking within the Bay Area.

​

I am also thrilled to be part of the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center’s Sista Soar Program for Black Women in the East Bay, which supports and empowers women entrepreneurs in our community.

​

Additionally, I am proud to have received the 2024 Quality Business Award for San Pablo, California, with a remarkable 95% rating. This accolade reflects the dedication and hard work put into building a business that truly resonates with its community.
